This form guides you through the following brief steps while highlighting the current one:

To complete your registration, each guest (parent or legal guardian in case of minors) must sign and date the Waiver in the spaces provided next to his or her name. Send (1) the completed Waiver, (2) the Invoice statement, and (3) your registration deposit payment by postal mail to Cycling—Made in Italy’s address shown on the Invoice. By registering, you are agreeing to the stipulations of our Terms & Conditions. You may also wish to preview our Waiver.

Currently we accept payment by personal check or money order only, in US dollars, payable to “Cycling—Made in Italy, LLC”.

We recommend printing out the receipt as well, for your own records. Do not send it to us as we will already have received the information from the Registration Form electronically.

We hold your privacy in strictest confidence and do not rent, sell, disclose or share your personal information with others, except as required by law.

Room choices

The purpose of this section is (1) to allow us to reserve the requisite rooms for you at our hotel, and (2) to calculate any applicable single-room surcharges. You may make roommate changes later on by informing us.

Guide to Room Type choices:
double = Double room with double bed shared by 2 people in your party
twin = Double room with twin beds shared by 2 people in your party
share = Solo, willing to share twin-bed room with another Cycling—Made in Italy guest
single = Single room, will pay single-room surcharge

If you’ll be sharing a room with another guest who is signing up separately with Cycling—Made in Italy, please choose the share room type (see above) and inform us separately of your roommate’s name.

To add more rooms, after filling in the fields for a room, click the + button. The Safari browser may require you to click the Room Type radio buttons with your mouse rather than using the keyboard so that the form can detect that it should enable the matching Guest Name input box/boxes.

Guest information & riding habits

To help us better tune our route selections to suit you, please tell us about yourself and describe your typical riding habits “at home” (checkmark all applicable types of terrain flat, rolling, hilly, mountainous). Optionally, you may also provide us with the name and phone number of an emergency contact, any dietary restrictions you observe, and your email address ad phone number.

Bicycle selection

We provide complimentary road or hybrid bicycles. Please refer to the tables below for approximate guidelines if you don’t know your frame size.

Because saddle fit is highly individual, we strongly recommend you bring your own (just the saddle, not the clamp nor the seatpost), although our bikes have their own saddles, which are mostly narrow, racing-style on the road bikes.

We can attach traditional-style pedals, with toeclips or without ; Look (not KEO) pedals, with cleats; Shimano SPD (not SPD-R) pedals, with cleats; or your own.
